Abstract

Following a symposium on hypertension in Tampa, FL, in February 2004, a roundtable discussion was held to review new data regarding the management of hypertension and heart failure. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Marvin Moser of the Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT. Panel members included Dr. Douglas Schocken of the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL; Dr. Jan Basile of the Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC; and Dr. William Cushman of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis, TN.
