Abstract

17岁急性髓系白血病患儿化疗后接受同胞全相合造血干细胞移植治疗。移植后123 d出现发热等症状，经胸部CT、头颅磁共振成像及第二代高通量测序检查，诊断为播散型毛霉菌病，早期予颅内病灶清除术，联合两性霉素B脂质体及泊沙康唑抗毛霉菌治疗，预后良好。.
