Abstract

间皮瘤是一种少见且具有侵袭性的恶性肿瘤,其异质性大,组织学谱系广泛,分子遗传学改变多样,手术治疗及化疗后患者生存状况不理想。深入了解间皮瘤的分子遗传学机制有助于明确诊断并开展个性化治疗,从而改善患者预后。本文对间皮瘤分子遗传机制新进展进行综述。.
