Abstract

Here we reported a case of 26-year-old nulliparous woman presenting with PA at the second trimester of her pregnancy. We also have reviewed reported cases of PA during pregnancy and conducted a detailed discussion on presenting symptoms, underlying pituitary pathology, management of apoplexy during pregnancy and outcomes.
