Abstract

A major concern regarding adult living donor liver transplantation is graft-size disparity. The right liver graft is now commonly used, which might impose a risk on the donors. In selected cases, the left liver with caudate lobe and right lateral sector graft might alleviate the problem without increasing the risk to donors.
