Abstract
The authors describe a case of cardiac metastasis associated with a malignant melanoma, which was removed in its totality. Malignant melanoma is a tumour which metastases frequently at the cardiac level. The mechanism of implantation and the symptomatology of this metastatic localisation are discussed.
