Abstract

The concepts of quality of life and palliative care seem at first sight to be inextricably linked. However, it is worth questioning the interest of tools for assessing quality of life in the practice of palliative care. Effectively, these tools can have harmful consequences on the patient and provoke notably a loss of self-esteem.
