Abstract

In oncology, treatments very often require the use of implantable ports to administer drugs, either at hospital or at home. In order to gain a better understanding of the specific problems encountered at home, the teams of the Paul-Papin Oncology Institute in Angers carried out an audit of the protocols and conditions regarding the use of these medical devices at home, to improve safety.
