Abstract

Being conscious of the amount of exercise we do and changing our daily habits: this was the challenge which Rouen-Normandie university hospital set its employees in 2017, through a programme entitled 'Objective 10 000 steps'. Individually or in teams, more than 1 000 members of the hospital's staff took part in this fun and convivial health promotion action, receiving six months of guidance and support.
