The authors consider the influence of carbohydrate metabolism disorders on postoperative period. Data on the influence of diabetes mellitus on morbidity are summarized. Mechanisms and significance of stress-induced hyperglycemia are described. The authors also discuss modern approaches to the treatment of hyperglycemic conditions in perioperative period.
Рассматривается влияние нарушений углеводного обмена на протекание послеоперационного периода у хирургических пациентов. Обобщены данные о влиянии сахарного диабета на развитие осложнений, описаны механизм развития и значимость стресс-индуцированной гипергликемии. Рассмотрены также современные подходы к лечению гипергликемических состояний у больных в периоперационном периоде.
