Abstract

急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是重症患者的常见疾病,具有高发病率和高病死率的特点。目前,针对ARDS的治疗尚停留在器官支持层面,缺乏针对病理生理改变的特异性治疗方法。间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种具有体外分化潜能的多能干细胞,可从多途径调控ARDS的炎症反应,促进ARDS肺损伤修复,在ARDS治疗中具有广阔前景。线粒体转移是MSC减轻ARDS肺损伤、促进肺损伤修复的重要机制,调控线粒体转移可增强MSC的修复作用。本文对MSC通过线粒体转移方式促进ARDS肺损伤修复进行综述,为ARDS肺损伤修复提供新的理论基础及研究方向。.
